What is Semi-Private Coaching?
In a nutshell, semi-private coaching is the best of the personal training world combined with the best of a group workout environment. Similar to personal training, you receive a bespoke training plan tailored to your specific goals and needs following a consultation. You book into your sessions, and while you exercise independently according to your own plan, your dedicated coach is there to oversee your form, offer guidance, and ensure you're getting the most out of every session.
However, unlike one-on-one sessions, if other members book the same session, you may share your coach with them as they also work out to their own individual plans. However, at R1F, there will only ever be a maximum of four others training; therefore, you will always get the attention and support you need. Plus, training alongside other like-minded individuals can be incredibly motivating!
How is Semi-Private Coaching different from Small-Group Coaching?
Quite simply, in small-group coaching, all exercisers follow the same programme and do the same workout at the same time, with the coach providing modifications as needed. In semi-private coaching, you’re all training at the same time, but you’re each following your own individual plan while your coach moves around the group, allowing you that perfect balance of independence and support if needed.
