With our circuit training program you will:
Achieve results both short term and long term guaranteed by working on a 12 month plan that covers all the base’s.
Stay pain and injury free as you are coached in each and every session.
Get the support with your nutrition with group nutrition coaching.
Make the best use of your limited time with packed sessions lead by our expert coaches!
Our circuit training program ISN’T for everyone. We like to be honest on the front end rather than trying to ‘make it work’ for you. To get the most out of our group training program you will need to:
Be able to commit to a consistent schedule three times a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We know life happens but we want to build that rhythm and consistency.
Be free of injuries and pain. This program is built for people who are not currently in pain so if this is you this won’t be the program for you.
Be ok with working out alongside other people. We get it, group training isn’t for everyone so we need to make sure you’re ok with high five’s, fist bumps and working out alongside other people like you!
Be ok with working towards overall health and fitness. This won’t be the program for you if you want to compete in sport or an event of some kind, it will however provide you with a broad base of fitness.

If this doesn’t sound a good fit for you right now, that is fine, and 100% the reason why we offer Individual Coaching too. If you have an inconsistent schedule, are in pain, want to work out alone or are working towards a specific goal then this will may be a better option for you right now.

A comprehensive plan.
A fully periodised annual plan to work on your health and overall fitness. The year is broken up into 4 x 12 week blocks of training with a specific focus for each block:
BLOCK 1 - Conditioning
BLOCK 2 - Muscle Gain
BLOCK 3 - Athleticism
BLOCK 4 - Strength

True small group coaching.
You will be one of only 10 people in each coached session. We believe in actually coaching you in fitness, not instructing or cheerleading!

MINIMUM EFFECTIVE DOSE.
We know you have a life to live outside the gym and our training whilst being hard it should leave you energised for the day ahead, not ready to get back into bed because you have been thrown in a wall! Minimum effective dose is simply about giving you enough of a stimulus to grow, but not so much you over do it.

Access To Our Facility 6 days a week.
On days outside of your main group coaching sessions there will be additional self lead sessions for you to complete to really make the most of the program.

This will help you view your training, track progress and achieve your results!

Quarterly group nutrition coaching.
Falling in line with the theme of the training you will receive group nutrition coaching to really help you maximise your time in the gym!

THE NUTS & BOLTS OF IT.
Maybe you don’t care how you achieve your results, but we want to tell you anyway! Our group coaching training philosophy is completely our own and comes from over a decade of Coaching experience. Using all the real life experience we have gained over the years we have designed our group training program to work on these big pillars:
STABILITY & ATHLETICISM.
We want you to feel confident in what your body can do and to feel athletic. This is important, especially as we age, as the aches and pains kick in that we want to continue to explore movement in an exciting way that helps us feel supple, mobile and pain free!
cardiovascular endurance.
Your cardiovascular system (heart and lungs) is clearly important to your health! We will help you build that system and maintain it… We have done this for numerous endurance athletes and we will do the same for you - but with health and longevity in mind.
MUSCLE & STRENGTH.
You may think these are the same thing but really they aren’t. We want to help you build the muscle you want to look good on the beach in the Summer but more importantly feel strong and capable when you have to get out in the garden or play with your kids (or Grandkids).
RESILIENCE.
Resilience for us is about making you a tough, kick ass person both mentally and physically. We do this through exposing you to TOUGH physical challenges, they will be hard, you will not enjoy them in the moment but the feeling after will help drive you forward in life.

We promise that if you are consistent with the program you will get results. In our experience the big things that let people down in their own fitness is a lack of consistency and not having a bigger picture view of their own journey. This program ISN’T a quick fix however you will see (and feel) progress within a short space of time. We aren’t interested if you just want to get in shape for holiday, we want you if you want to look good all year round and feel great long term too. We will also be honest with you, you can’t hack fitness or take a pill that will help you really get where you want. If you are fed up with stopping and starting, falling off the wagon and being fed a load of crap by fit pro’s this may be the program for you.
FAQs
Do I need to be fit to start the program?
You need to be pain free and in good overall health in such a way that you can start a fitness program. Anyone that says you need to be in shape before starting a program is full of shit.
WHEN ARE THE GROUP COACHING SESSIONS?
They are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week, timings as follows (you can book into anyone and aren’t committed to one):

IF I MISS A SESSION, WHAT HAPPENS?
You can make up the session the following day at the gym, there will be a coach on hand to assist you. Life happens, we get it.
SOUNDS GREAT, WHAT IS THE COST?
Yep we get that this is a BIG one, what with everything going on in the world! Costs are as follows:
Price per session (one coach, 10 clients) is £15. So I think on par with Zumba maybe?! 😂
So then you have two options:
Pay every 4 weeks: £147
Pay every 12 weeks (which is how long a cycle of training lasts): £400 (save £41)
No contracts or minimum commitments.
Also as mentioned you are also getting access to:
The gym on non coached days (value £50 per month).
Access to our in house app (value £15 per month).
Quarterly group nutrition coaching (value £100 per quarter)
why does this cost more than x,y,z gym?
Three reasons:
The ratio of clients to coach is SMALL 10:1 to keep the quality high. We could fit more people in but after coaching in groups and individually for nearly a decade we believe that this is a great number to ensure you get quality Coaching every session. Any more than this feels like group instruction (not coaching) to us.
The value add for use of the gym on non group coaching days, nutritional coaching and access to the larger community and back end systems support for you we believe will set you up for better long term success.
We’ve been doing this longer than everyone else. Experience in coaching matters, same as when you go to the Hairdressers, sure you can get a bargain and pay for the junior stylist and maybe get a half decent cut, but is your fitness worth that risk (injury, burnout, being told to do dumb s***)?
What if I am going on holiday part way through the program?
No problem, we can assign you the home workout version of the program whilst away so you keep the progress going. Consistency is key.
Can I combine this with X,Y,Z program too that I found on the internet?
Nope. This program will be comprehensive, never mix programs unless a Coach fully understands everything you are doing.
WHY BE STRICT ON TRAINING DAYS?
We want everyone to create rhythm in their training, that is how we are designed to be but also we have very limited slots available.
WHAT WILL THE NUTRITION COACHING BE LIKE?
Each nutrition coaching block will give you the tools to set you up for long term success in your nutrition. What this means is that we won’t give you a generic meal plan because they just don’t work. If they did we would all be on them.
I’m concerned this might not be for me, what should i do?
Fair enough, it might not be. BUT give us a call and we will be completely honest with you and point you in the right direction, even if that isn’t with us.
